FREE ZUMBA CLASS
Our Church has partnered up with Shape up NYC, and provides a free Zumba class every friday night at 7:30pm. Feel free to come and join us, on this effort to keep our community healthy. All it takes is a little effort, to start your path unto a more healthy lifestyle. Zumba is fun, exciting, liberating, and great for conditioning the heart, and muscle endurance.
